Vienna at its best!

One of the greatest film noirs ever made is Carol Reed's "The Third Man".
Orson Welles appears at the second part of the movie and transforms this mystery thriller to a celluloid classic...

How big is the apple? Black and white at least...

Forget about TV freaks, forget about the islands and golden sand beaches.
Just watch this picture and think!
We are watching a couple staring at Hudson river under the Manhattan bridge.
We are watching the backs of a couple sitting on a bench, staring at Hudson river, without even being aware of our existence. Possibly, they don't care about us!
Probably that 's the best answer to every addictive addiction we are into (TV included)!

P.S. Black and white always fits best...

Television alienates (a verb I forgot to mention before...)

Dear all, find the differences between the 2 pics...
Are there any? Scratch your head and think. Ooh, put the remote control away,
just for a little.
What do you notice? How do you feel?

Television is man's best friend! What about the dog?

Many people ask each other whether there is good or bad television.
The answer is definitely yes. Someone, then, would ask me that since there is good television,
just how many hours a day should people watch TV?
The answer is as least as possible. TV leads, indicates, directs, educates (?), entertains...
All these verbs really scare me... I thought that only human beings could do those.
Think it, and think it again...

No TV in my life keeps me going

Life doesn't imitate art, it imitates bad television.
